Cancellation Policy
Terms and Conditions for all Photography Bookings Thank you for considering our photography services. To ensure a smooth and efficient booking process, please review the following terms and conditions: *Booking Confirmation and Deposit:* - A *50% deposit* is required to confirm the booking for the #photography session. This deposit is non-refundable and is essential to secure the date and time for the session. - The remaining *50% of the payment* must be made no later than *1 week before the date of the session*. *Cancellation Policy:* - The deposit is non-refundable due to the loss incurred by the photographer in the event of client cancellation or failure to be on time for the session. - Any cancellation of the booking will result in the forfeiture of the deposit to offset the loss of business and time invested in preparing for the session. *Additional Services and Expenses:* - Any additional payments for extra images, albums, photo prints, canvasses, or other services are to be made when the order is placed. - Out of town expenses (travelling expenses) are payable in full before the session date.
